MOST® introduced in 2010 a MasterClass for Finalists in the IFAC Australian Singing Competition. Its intimate and supportive ethos has become a memorable feature for both Competitors and the audience.
MOST® will aim to develop similar opportunities for other programmes and activities.
MOST® has encouraged adjudicators to communicate with the artists who participate in our competition and awards programmes. Opportunities for further study at partnering institutions add to career development for programme participants in Australia and overseas.
MOST® has adopted a supportive Artist Development Programme (ADP) to ensure that entrants are engaged through opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills and expertise.
MOST® believes investment in Learning and Development (L&D) enables artists to enjoy participating in our competition and awards programmes; have confidence in themselves and colleagues; and to deliver quality performances to adjudicators and the audience.
This policy is about fostering mutual respect, empowerment and it is hoped that it will encourage an ongoing commitment to contribute to the industry.
