In 2016 MOST® is establishing a programme to acknowledge the contributions of established industry professionals. MOST® aims to recognise elite members of the classical music fraternity through a series of prestigious awards, in recognition of career achievement,
Recipients may be, or may have been, prominent public figures or highly-valued, less-visible personnel from companies and organisations. The Awards are to be bestowed on individuals who demonstrate the highest ideals and qualities; whose contributions promote the positive evolution of their industry; who support their artistic community; and who contribute to the cultural life of Australia.
Such activities may form a life-long pattern or be expressed in a single, widely-recognised incidence. Recipients will be nominated and selected by a panel of industry peers, convened by MOST®.
MOST® recognises and provides support for projects and activities. These may take the form of scholarships and grants for specific proposed activities (tuition and educational expenses, travel, language training, etc).
Scholarships. The need for training does not end when a professional career begins. In recognition of the need for ongoing professional development, MOST® offers scholarships for experienced individuals to assist them in achieving their artistic and career goals.
Grants. Grants may be offered to individuals, projects or organisations who show extraordinary promise and commitment.
